We stopped by for brunch while visiting Vashon Island last Sunday and had a great experience. We ordered the pesto sandwich with sun dried tomatoes Olive tapenade and a coffee cake - both were delicious! The focaccia bread was incredibly fresh, soft, warm, and flavorful - one of the best I’ve had. The coffee cake was also excellent, perfectly balanced and not too sweet. There was a long wait, but service was fairly quick once we ordered. The cafe has ample indoor seating and is kid-friendly, though parking is limited outside. Overall, a lovely spot for a relaxing brunch!
Oh my goodness! So very delicious, and the pastries, huge! Everyone was so nice and friendly, and the boat/bus ride over to the Island from Seattle, gorgeous.

Sitting here in the bakery now and wow! The pastries and coffee cake are on another level. The brunch was incredible. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into flavor. Everything was delicious and so fresh. If you’re looking for a really great brunch, you must stop here. This will be a stop anytime I am on the island.

Unbelievable pastries, soft, warm, flaky, the perfect ratio of crispy to soft dough. Perfect latte. Such a treat and gift to Vashon!! Can not miss!! Do yourself a favor and grab a big box of pasties before heading to the ferry.
Some of the best soup I’ve ever had. They brought me the wrong kind by accident and let me take that home as well as served me the right kind. Cozy, dog-friendly atmosphere with wood stoves and used books and comfy chairs.
